MB The seed in Isa 53 is a literal term (if you read the original text, the Hebrew text, not King James version), not spiritual. There are spiritual seed and there are literal seed in the Bible.

Jewish Messiah has to come from the line of David (literally), which is the decendent' of David -- up until today, he (the decendent' of David) still here -- but still not a Jewish Messiah of today-time yet because the time is not yet come.
The green picture above is just showing the contradiction between the concept of literal Jewish Messiah (the root, the original text) in the Old Testament comparatively to the New Testament of Christian messiah that was born of a virgin (which was not matched up with the Old testament, the original text).
And they (in NT) tried to link back to King David to make it sounds fit.
